How to Unlocked Moneybookers Account? This is The Answer...


Alhamdulillah....

Finally I did it ! My moneybookers account is unlocked now, want to know how did I do that ? Follow these steps:

1. You have to be patient, this is the first key to get sucess.

2. Don't Panic ! The security of your account is of the highest priority for Skrill (Moneybookers) Security Team so they have temporarily suspended outgoing transactions.
Your account may be locked due some technical issue. most of common case may be look like below:
Making transaction to unverified account.
Creating multiple account.
Detect any information that does not match with your profile.
Date of birth, Full name spelling mistake.
or may be they suspect that your Skrill (Moneybookers) account might have been accessed by an unauthorised 3rd party.

3. Login to your Skrill (Moneybookers) account and go to > My account > Email Support > Account/Security > Withdrawals > General Withdrawal Enquiries.

4. You will received Ticket ID, Keep it.

5. Be patient, you will receive an email from Skrill (Moneybookers) Team, Follow the instruction step by step, an email might be like this :

1. Please login to your account, go to > Profile > List of email addresses > Manage, then enable your email address NewEmail@gmail.com.

After this kindly go to Profile > List of email addresses > Manage and click on "Primary" link next to your email address NewEmail@gmail.com.

2. Please click on "Disable" link next to your old email address OldEmail@gmail.com.

3. Please kindly change your Skrill (Moneybookers) password. To do this, please login to your account, go to > Change password and enter your old password and double-enter your new password. Please be advised that all fields are mandatory. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and should contain at least one alphabetic and one non-alphabetic character. Passwords may not be the same as the email address.

After this, you are kindly invited to provide us with the following set of documents:

1. A colour copy (scan or a camera image) of both sides of your valid official identification document which must include a picture (for example, identity card, passport or driving licence).

2. A recent paper document showing your name and current address, that is issued in the last

3 months and received by post. This could be a utility bill (gas, water, electricity) or bank statement (for a bank account).


To submit your documents and information, please login to your Skrill (Moneybookers) account and go to > My account > Email Support > Account/Security > You have requested information and/or documents from me. Please kindly enter your ticket ID available in the subject of this message.

6. Again! Be Patient! maybe they will ask you to fill "Banker's Confirmation" on attachment file, print it out and go to your bank. There you should ask your bank's representatives to fill in the blank with relevant information.

To submit your documents and information, please login to your Skrill (Moneybookers) account and go to > My account > Email Support > Account/Security > You have requested information and/or documents from me. Please kindly enter your ticket ID available in the subject of this message.

7. Be Patient! it wont be long, around 1 week, more or less, they will unlock you moneybookers account.
